What to Do When the Phone Calls Slow Down…

In your private practice, you don't just want the phone to ring; you want the right people calling — you know, the ones you love working with and with whom you get great outcomes.

Last week, we covered what to do if your practice is full, but today we want to talk about what to do if your phone call volume has dropped.

  1. Check your state, your energy - Are you excited, scared, pessimistic, or holding a calm ground through it all? Our energy impacts our marketing and how we talk about our business, and it’s felt throughout our work.

  2. Check your data - Where have things dropped? Look at your ranking through the Google Search Console, and check your website analytics.

  3. Do a marketing review - In the past 3 months, where have you been consistent, where have you not, what tasks are effective (based on the data), and what seems like it isn't working?

  4. Diversify your efforts - Relationships and online marketing are both equally important. You need both. Do people know you are open, that you are are seeing clients? Simple things like reaching back out and sparking old relationships while forming new ones can make a huge difference while you remain consistent.

  5. Look at last year’s data - And start looking for trends so you can pre-empt them in the future.

  6. Get support and creative ideas from community - Join our community — it's free and has over 15+ hours of training: https://bit.ly/362chwG
