You know how powerful stories are. Stories can make us believe things are possible, or they can convince us that we shouldn't even try! I decided to become a therapist for a whole host of reasons, but the initial goal was definitely working in private practice. But, the stories I heard in graduate school had completely turned me off to the idea of private practice in a little over a year!
