Success Story: Desiree

Your Experience with Bootcamp in one sentence: My concept of life itself expanded by realizing the limiting thinking I was projecting onto my business.

How were you feeling before you signed up for bootcamp?: I was worried I'd have to return to one of the toxic agencies I had been working for previously in order to support my family. I was hesitant to invest money into the program because I didn't realize how much more there was to learn specifically about running a therapy private practice that ensures and emphasizes the work-life balance we all deserve.

What did your private practice look like before bootcamp started?: Before bootcamp I was growing but unsure where to put my energy in order to move forward significantly.

How do you feel after Business School Bootcamp for Therapists?: More grounded, focused, understanding of shiny object syndrome, connected to a community of other people who GET IT!

How have your private practice and life changed after bootcamp (processes, clinically, work-life balance, financially)?: Simplified processes, October was my highest income month since starting my business. I work 3 clinical days per week and have flexibility with other business related tasks so I can prioritize living a healthy happy life

What would you say to someone else who is on the fence about joining Business School Bootcamp for Therapists?: I was too and believe me, it's worth it. The part of my brain that is still warming up to abundance thinking is worried that sharing how helpful this has been will actually mean less ideal clients for me. That's how good it is 😆

What do you wish you had known about private practice before you started?: You don't need to panel with insurance companies to get started or to grow your business. You can build a practice on your own terms. You can readjust at any time. We deserve more than working ourselves to death in agencies that care more about bottom lines than collective health and well-being.
