Meditation Series for Therapists

Guided Therapist Meditation

When you’re focused on building a life and business you love, it’s easy to emphasize the doing more than the simply being. Join Kelly Higdon for a four-part Meditation Series for Therapists to help you get more grounded in your body and mind this week.

Feel free to move at your own pace (one meditation a day, or whatever works best for you) as we navigate topics of gratitude, self-love, detachment, and money. And, if there’s one meditation, in particular, that’s calling to you, check that one out first! This is about reconnecting with yourself and isn’t meant to feel like “work.” So, move at your own pace, and in the order you desire.

Check out the complete Meditation Series for Therapists below:

Gratitude Meditation

In Part 1 of the meditations for therapists, we focus on gratitude for the people and things in our life that contribute to our well-being.

Self-Love Meditation

In Part 2, we focus on taking a moment to send some love out into the world and to yourself. We can spend a lot of time on what needs to be done or what hasn't been done, but love is something that's within you and can be accessed at any time. It's something that can replace the negative self-talk and shame. Ground yourself in some love as you go through this process.

Detachment Meditation

In Part 3, we focus on detachment. This brief meditation introduces the practice of observation to help you untangle from the barrage of thoughts that can show up in your mind.

Money Meditation

In Part 4, we focus on money and how everyone's journey toward wealth happens at their own pace and in a way that's one-of-a-kind to their experiences in life.
