Embracing Possibilities in Private Practice with Maya
Starting out in an agency, Maya knew that Social Work was in alignment with her identity but that something needed to shift in order for it to be sustainable.
When she opened her solo practice in 2021, she hoped the transition would pave the way for a happy life and successful practice, but she still found herself struggling.
The systems and processes Maya put in place for her business mirrored what she was taught at her agency, but they weren’t working for her private practice!
When she found zynnyme, she became aware of the possibilities for her life and practice with permission to step outside of the rigid systems and expectations instilled upon her through schooling and previous work experiences.
In this episode, Maya shares how she embraced the roadmap that Business School for Therapists provided to build a life and business that serves her.
Since joining Business School, Maya has a successful cash-pay practice with a FULL caseload. She’s working with clients she truly loves, has her dream schedule, and is making more money than she ever did at an agency!
