Confidently Navigating Major Change with Jennifer

Panic attacks paralyzed Jennifer’s professional growth. Having been in private practice for more than 13 years, Jennifer was caught off guard by changes in insurance and struggled to identify the right path forward. Jennifer found zynnyme in 2023 and joined the Business School for Therapists a few months later.

Before zynnyme, Jennifer struggled with how she could keep her existing clients and help her community while charging higher rates. A major roadblock to this challenge was Jennifer’s mindset. Fear and anxiety prevented Jennifer from solution-seeking and taking a more positive perspective.

Today, she has a solution. Since joining zynnyme, Jennifer’s out-of-pocket rate has doubled— and people are paying it. As a result, she’s now able to offer free sessions to those who can’t afford therapy in her community. She’s also figured out how to make money as a therapist without putting a financial burden on her patients. Now, Jennifer can get paid while her patients benefit from free counseling.

A specialist in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Jennifer helps patients overcome trauma and negative emotions through evidence-based eye movement therapy. Since joining zynnyme, she’s been able to quadruple the number of ART sessions she offers each week while prioritizing her well-being.

Miranda Palmer
I have successfully built a cash pay psychotherapy practice from scratch on a shoestring budget. I have also failed a licensed exam by 1 point (only to have the licensing board send me a later months later saying I passed), started an online study group to ease my own isolation and have now reached thousands of therapists across the country, helped other therapists market their psychotherapy practices, and helped awesome business owners move from close to closing their doors, to being profitable in less than 6 weeks. I've failed at launching online programs. I've had wild success at launching online programs. I've made mistakes in private practice I've taught others how to avoid my mistakes. You can do this. You were called to this work. Now- go do it! Find some help or inspiration as you need it- but do the work!
