“I was a generalist, so I would take in everybody. So the very first thing Kelly (in Bootcamp) told me was to ‘ … niche down. You can’t be everything to everybody.’ Bootcamp started me in a good position to fellowship, knowing where my referrals come from, networking, knowing my numbers. I started averaging how much my clients were, how long did long session take, then I added another room. Then we moved to add six rooms. We expanded a year later in my third time in Bootcamp, now we have 8 rooms with 13 therapists seeing 450 clients a month”
