Hey there! We’re Kelly Higdon and Miranda Palmer, and we help mental health professionals start, grow, and expand thriving solo and group practices where they reclaim their time, money, and energy as healers. The mental health field has suffered from a lack of opportunities for too long, and things aren’t getting better for therapists who follow the same old path they’re offered. We created Business School for Therapists — our exclusive program and community for building and sustaining a successful practice at all stages of the journey — to ensure therapists don’t get stuck in unsustainable lifestyles of burnout and overwhelm. And we’ve expanded that mission and its values to provide the best environment for our small (but highly impactful) team.

 

  • We value honesty and authenticity across our team. This is an environment where you’re free to express yourself as you are and won’t be expected to conform to a certain appearance or refrain from giving feedback that helps the team grow.

  • All part-time and full-time employees of the zynnyme team get access to a remote working environment, a flexible schedule where you have greater control over your hours and the days you work (no Fridays, no problem!), and health insurance benefits.

    We want you to have the space to not only grow in your role but also to live your life and take breaks when you need some time away. (No explanations required — it’s your time to rest, so you have that much-needed balance between your life and your work.)

  • We’re a small team of less than 20 employees. Our roles include everything from digital marketing, community management, administrative assistance, operations, and coaching, all of which ensure our community continues to grow and get access to the support it deserves.
