Private Practice Challenge Week 1: Vision, Clinical Outcomes, and Income

It’s the NEW YEAR and together we are starting it off right with the Private Practice Challenge.

Business Planning for Therapists Free Training

2019 is going to be THE year for not only more income but BETTER outcomes in your practice. Our first week in the series was all about Private Practice VIsion and how it impacts clinical outcomes AND income! Your private practice vision is Step 1 in creating your private practice business plan as a therapist.

In this training we talked about how to create a vision that will be the cornerstone for your private practice. We address some of the tops myths about success and how to start making changes whether you are starting out or have been in private practice for decades.

You can watch the replay PLUS we have some bonus homework that you can find in our Private Practice Library. If you’ve never logged in before, you will need to set a username and password. This will give you access to SO much free content and allow you to easily track what trainings you’ve done, take notes you can reference letter, and more!

  1. Get your vision worksheet here. This worksheet will help you organize your vision based on the exercise we take you through in the training.

  2. After the training you will be able to identify how your vision will impact the outcomes in your practice

I have successfully built a cash pay psychotherapy practice from scratch on a shoestring budget. I have also failed a licensed exam by 1 point (only to have the licensing board send me a later months later saying I passed), started an online study group to ease my own isolation and have now reached thousands of therapists across the country, helped other therapists market their psychotherapy practices, and helped awesome business owners move from close to closing their doors, to being profitable in less than 6 weeks. I've failed at launching online programs. I've had wild success at launching online programs. I've made mistakes in private practice I've taught others how to avoid my mistakes. You can do this. You were called to this work. Now- go do it! Find some help or inspiration as you need it- but do the work!
