My credit card is getting declined but I KNOW that I have enough income in my account to cover the purchase! What is happening?

Therapists don’t tend to invest in online programs. 99% of the time, your bank or credit card has flagged the charge as possible fraud. That means you can try 100 times to make the purchase and it won’t go through- until you let your bank or credit card provider know that all is well. We know that is frustrating- but they are just trying to keep your money safe! So, give your bank a call, or check your email, bank app, etc. They may already be attempting to contact you to verify this is a legitimate purchase. As soon as you let them know it is, the purchase will go through without a problem!
